How to Color Grade & Name Grade a report?

1.  Grades are the colors that you see when you pull inspection reports for specific projects. As you can see here, the color code is yellow for the score of 77% and the grade B

2.  To assign a color grade, go to the “Template” tab and click on the settings icon under the “More” i.e ( 3 dots ) for the template you wish to assign the color grade to

3.  Here, you can rename the “Grade”,  enter the minimum and maximum values, and a color for the grade. You can add multiple grades

4.  We can also create custom-grade names by either editing the existing grades or adding a new grade.

5. If you do not wish to show the grade in the report, just activate the Hide Grade Toggle button.

6.  Once it is saved, any reports that you pull for this inspection will display the grades and the percentage based on the minimum and maximum values as you’ve assigned over here. If the toggle is activated grades won't be shown.
