How to view the Management Reporting Dashboard in Pulse?

1.  To access and view the Management Reporting dashboard, click on the “Analytics” Tab

2. Now click on “Trends”. This dashboard will let you view and compare the performance of all the inspections conducted by your Field team

3. By Default, the start date and end date range is set to 15 days. You can always add filters to this page as per your requirement

4) The top most Table will show you the total number of inspections completed, the numbers of locations inspected, the number of checklists filled and the count of inspections completed by each of your team members

5) Below this, a projectwise comparison chart gives you an understanding of the performance for each of your projects.

6) On scrolling further, you  will see the number of inspections completed in the last 10 days

7) There is also a Map which helps you understand how your projects are performing across different parts of the world. You can hover over each of the country to view the number of inspections completed along with their performance

8) With the overall section wise comparison graph you can easily view how each sections are performing and can add filters and narrow down your view to see the performance for a single Checklist

9) There is also a graph to view the city-wise performance.

10) You can also see the Bottom 10 questions. These are the questions which are frequently marked negative. This list is auto generated so you can quickly identify issues and questions that are performing poorly

11) A scroll further will show you the Top 10 Questions or questions that are performing well

12) At the end of the page you can view and download the PDF of all your inspections. There is also an export option that allows you to take an export of all the data visible in the table.
