How to view the Incident Reporting Dashboard?

1) By Using the Incident Reporting Feature, You can raise Issues or incidents for any item that you observe while conducting the audit.  You can also review the trends and Issue Resolution overtime as well as get a quick overview of the status of all Issues raised by the Team

 

2) We will now take a look on how Issues can be tracked on the Pulse Web App


3) To view the issues raised by all your team members you can simply click on the "Incident Reporting Tab"

Note : The details of all the issues i.e “All Issues” Tab can only be viewed by the user who has the Super Admin access 

 

4) If you wish to look at issue specifically assigned to you, click on "My Issue" and only those issues assigned to you will show up

 

5) In case the Issue needs to be reassigned or the deadline needs to be changed, the user with the admin access can click on the Issue that requires the change and then edit the Date Field

 

6) This page keeps a record of all the communication that has taken place around the particular Issue. So managers can quickly go to the Issue page and view any Activity if required

 

7) You can also change the Issue Category by clicking on the "Category Setting Tab"

  


8) Here you can click on the "Edit Category Button" and make the required changes

 

 

9) You can then Edit the Name and  also Add or edit the prompt Question

 

10) For adding a new question, you can click on the "Add  Question" button and mention the new Question in the field box. When done, click on Add New Question and the new question will appear


 

11) You can also select who can view this Issue category. If you click on "Anyone", then all team members will be able to view the Issue category and if you wish to hide it, you can simply click on "No one"
